  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically to your specifications. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part, we will accept returns and offer exchanges or refunds as outlined below.
  • To qualify for a return or exchange due to a defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at support@onestepcustomboxes.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
  • Once we receive your report, our quality control team will review the issue, and if confirmed, we will initiate an exchange or refund process.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued if a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or if it was sent in error.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom packaging that meets your approved design and specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified defect or printing error.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, as production begins promptly.
